Beginning February 1, 2025, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) will require all permit holders under 21 to log at least 50 hours of supervised driving practice. This must include a minimum of 10 hours at night before applying for a probationary driver’s license. To meet this requirement, parents or legal guardians must certify the practice hours by completing the official NJMVC Certification of Supervised Driving (Form BA-CSD).
40+ Hours Driving Package
